The Challenge
Create more space in the master bath, modernize the existing space and fixtures, and add additional closet space and an exercise area.

Before #1
This view shows the existing bath looking towards the master bedroom showing both lavatories and part of the tub. The closet is to the left past the lavatory.

Before #2
The opposite view, showing the tub, water closet (dark door) and the existing shower.

The Solution
We designed and built two separate additions to this home- the first housing an oversize whirlpool tub, the second extending the length of the bathroom to incorporate the exercise area and closet.

After #1 This view shows the additional space added to the end of the bath- (starting at the carpet) and toward the left- (the tub space was added to the side).

After #2
This view looks toward the master bedroom, showing details of the Kohler Body-Spa (on the left) and the Kohler Seawall Tub (on the right).

The Challenge
Take a small and outdated master bath and create a more inviting space for the owners to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

Before This shows the existing bath space- an adjoining closet and dressing area exists to the left of this view. The closet is small, cramped and has an inappropriate dressing/ make-up counter in it.

The Solution
Combine the two rooms into one and add a large walk-in closet onto the back of the house.

After We removed the tub, turned the commode to the side and moved the lavatory to its current position. A privacy wall was built to enclose the commode, a skylight was installed for natural light and the closet was added to this view.
