It’s always something. Whether Dad’s weekend project has consumed the entire two-car garage, or

The Challenge
Four teen-aged children, each needing a bedroom, bathroom and a living area of their own. The
owners wanted to have all of the children’s bedrooms on the second floor and wanted to create an
additional living area to be used by the children as an activity area, home theater and living room
where they could be as loud or as messy as kids can be without disturbing the household.
